Seven Days a Geek

In this episode the guys gather in Monkey Poo Studios and immediatly get lost in some type of A.D.D. void! They try geeking out and moving on and then continue geeking out! That's not a bad thing, that's what we're here for but it's pretty chaotic at best!  Bacon gets his Stroke on, TK1 is all about the movies and Bacon remembers his love for TMNT! Jer has a clash with Tech Support over a Thermostat...yeah he's a rebel. Angry Ginger can't spit out a worth while movie discription to save his life but he does challange TK1 to a game of HORSE!
We also answer some voicemails and TK1 shockingly Instagrams like it's the cure for cancer!

We get the scoop on making your own costume, How to show a geek some respect in said costume as well as learn a few things about OZ back in his calendar centerfold days! (Say What?) Yup! You heard it here...well, you read it here.  Now go hear about it!

Seven Days a Geek

In this episode we get right into the meat of things...well after we get TK1 to put his Insta_Grants device down for a few moments. Seems this amature photographer is addicted to more than just converse shoes with feet in them!
Things discussed in no particular order...
Ginger's Projects
TK1's Instagram fixation
McBlizzards Google Glasses
TK1's Hairy Arms
Ginger's Sexcapade
McBlizzard's got a thing for the lady designer in "The Incredibles" and finds out he's an Executive Producer
The 7DAG Movie Challenge is discussed briefly, not really the project so much as a trailer that didn't give "Credit" where "Credit" was due!
A Brief Chat about Bates Motel, Hannibal, Game of Thrones and Trailers Man of Steel and Thor 2!
TK1 sees Oblivion in a brand new theater! It's an experince...and so was the movie.
Don't forget to look for us on several internet radio stations! BadTomatoRadio, RadioFubar, Clutch and Wiggle Entertainment and Cornucopia Radio!

Seven Days a Geek

In this episode we #GeekOut about Instagram. Well, TK1 geeks why out about it! Follow him at Insta_Grants2 and tell him he's got a pretty house! We also talk a bit of phone tech stuff...then we move into the "Movie Shoot!"
The first week of April I set out a challenge to anyone that thought they could write, shoot, edit and post a movie in 7 days to join me. The list started at 14 people. By the time the day came to start, the list was down to 6. Including myself. So everyone went out and assembled a crew of no more than 7 and they went out and made a movie! We discuss this and get into the meat of it all buy talking about actually shooting a movie. Did we make succeed or did we fail? Wouldn't that be funny if we failed at this 7 day challenge that I put forth? Ha! Ha! There is a possibility that TK1 was "Aces" during the shoot...and I became a tyrant on set. My inner Michael Bay was summoned from the darkness.
We then move onto discuss a few Filmmakers and thier movies. First up is "Elysium." Neil Blomkamp's new flick starring Matt Damon. District 9 is discussed as well as his failed Halo movie. Next up is  Louis Leterrier and the new trailer for "Now You See Me." This movie is filled with an all star cast. We break down the trailer. TK1 want's a "Spoilers" shoutout...even though we are months away from even seeing the actual movie.

Seven Days a Geek

In this episode, TK1 and I sit down together for the first time...since...the first time! Meaning we once hosted a podcast where it was only the two of us. So for roughtly 30 minutes, until Oz shows up...and show up he does....we talk about the movie we are going to make. I'm writing and directing while Grant is brave? enough to put on his Aces and do a little acting for us.
The subject of getting caught having sex by your kids comes up...and away it goes with more perversion and hilarity than a convicted sex addict could stand! It's all in good fun people!
Then OZ stops by for the "What have you been geeking out about" segment and boy do we all geek out!
Wolverine, Batman, Robin, X-men, and animation...lots of good stuff for you to stick around and listen to!

Scheduling and planning a show are both discussed as well. Lot's of good talk and great information in this episode!

Seven Days a Geek Double Bill

In this episode we ATTEMPT to make a commentary track over the Tricks and Treats story that is in Episode 31: The Grindhouse Funhouse Radio Play. As you will see, it takes us a while to warm up to that part. We get wrapped up in the Kai The Homeless Hitchhiker Story, as well as talk a little Old Gregg!
It takes a few minutes, but we actually start to play the first read through of the Radio Play. It's terrible. No point in playing the good one right. While listening to it, Grant (TK1, Ed Richter) The Seasoned "Actor", has a bit of trouble telling the recording apart from real life...in a bizarre twist of events, his past self even starts to talk to him! Can the world handle a recording of TK1 that's self aware? Stay Tuned!
This is Part 1 of 2. So pop your meds, even you are going to feel like your going insane after listening to this train wreck!

7DAG Presents Podcasting101 with @76StreetPod

In this episode we learn, among many things, doing your show inside of a crazy homeless mans tree fort at 3am could cost you your life...but it's all in the name of funny! We cover other strange antics we've done in the name of funny to make our audience both laugh...and not be bored!
Sometimes you just have to try things out to see what works and what doesn't! Like when interviewing an actor, you probably should talk about his work and not Tim Curry's? Eh!, You live and you learn...
We also get to hear a little about what it's like to start up a Podcasting Network. There's a lot of work involved people...let's hope it's worth it!

What did we geek out about this week? What start the show with that simple question and it takes us down so many roads! One of those roads is a bit devious and possibly a bit sexy depending on how you look at it. Screw it, no point in being cryptic here. Grant tells us about his new obsession? Seven Days a Geek

Welcome to Hall of Justice my faithful heroes! Tonight we discuss the Man of Steel! The man, the myth, the legend!
Remember years back when there was rumor of a Superman movie staring Nick Cage, and it was to be directed by Tim Burton? Well, that wasn't a rumor. That was real stuff man!
This has always been a facination of mine. For year I've been interested in this failed project and apperently I'm not alone. Tonight we sit down with documentary filmmaker and director of animation, @JonSchnepp, to talk about a Superman film he's looking to get Kickstarted over at....um...Kickstarter! Duh!
If you're into Comic books, Movies, and behind the scenes magic then you really need to listen to this episode, more importantly you must help fund this Kickstarter Campaign!

Seven Days a Geek

*This episode has a few sound issues I recommend not making this your 1st listen* *though it is funny*
What up GEEKS! Angry Ginger here. Well, it took 35 episodes to finally get Shelley...or as we at Monkey Poo Studios lovingly refer to her as, The Angry Midget, on the show! Finally. You've heard her once or twice in small doses. She actually appeared in a whole episode with McBlizzard and I and she doesn't recall even being there...so who knows what she'll remember about this one!
I had a good time with this crazy broad. She's a bit ADD and unwilling to chat at times so stick with it...especially through the first 20 minutes because she actually gets into the show a bit after her nerves go away!
As always, thanks for listening and please Subscribe on iTunes give us a big Thumbs up on Stitcher! Remember there are 2 episodes a week now...so if you're not subscribed you may fall behind. We don't want that!
Geek Out!

It's been a long time since the A-Team has been in the Studio! It doesn't take long for the guys to talk about living in retirement, robbing banks with wheelchairs and being sponsored by Redbull! We also talk about Pimping each other out even though one of us is still married...though if she hears this...maybe not for long!

In this Episode the guys get together and immediately discuss "Booger Etiquette" before even starting the damn show! Once the show starts we get into the possible comeback of a podcast! It was on Hiatus people! Then we talk about Grant's second spinal tap, we talk about a few good movies we've watched including watching porn with friends...some of the friends may or may not have been on screen at the time! Wait, what?

In this episode we take a short "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" tour through Oz's Bathroom/shrine to the undead! After the toilet gets flushed we head on over to run lines of coke with our friend Sam Jones. You may know him as Flash Gordon! Queue the Queen soundtrack and lets get to cracking cheerleaders heads open.  Wait, that's Flesh Gordon...not Flash Gordon! Trust me, you want to hear about this movie!
